Preparing for Change…  

We are transitioning to a new utility billing system by the end of October.  The system will be down for a week while we make the switch from one system to the other, so please note:

Payments received from October 24th - November 1st will not be posted to your account immediately, so your October bill may reflect a past due balance unless you paid by October 23rd.

When the system is up and running in November, all payments received during the transition will post to your account, ensuring that the November bill will reflect your correct balance.

We apologize for the temporary inconvenience and appreciate your help in making this transition!

Here's what's different…
Utility bills dated October 31, 2018 will look a little different and will have some new features.  The graph will quickly show usage history once we have a few months of history in the new system.  Usage, meter readings, service dates, and due dates are unchanged.

With the new accounting system and online portal, see up-to-the-minute information about your utility account.  Online payments in the new system will be reflected immediately, along with any other adjustments to your balance.  You will be able to sign up to receive your bill by email, to receive text reminders or notifications, or to have your account automatically paid each month.  Or you can just use the portal to look up information about your utility bill.  All you need to get started is your new account number and your last payment amount.
